Even with little competition on the system for FPS play, a game that is mildly appealing and only mostly disappointing in its late best moments isn't going to cut it.

But with such uneven pace leading up to these stages, and with so little effect from the futuristic machinery and technology that this series steeps itself in, they come way too late and make up for very little for what came before. When I see a sniper, (Playing PAz and Borma) I just run in a zig zag while firing at the dude, it makes me far harder to get and also if they tend to fire immediatly they will miss 50% more over what they already miss.So far, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is the most telling case for me of the PSP, on unfortunate occasions, getting second-class treatment despite its stature and success. Seriously the reason why it feels so op is because even though you fire directly to where you aim, even a small hit towards you makes you jitter all over the place and people run in a beeline towards you so it's easy to just shoot them down. To be honest, don't use the term OP on a gun that is supposed to be a one hit kill. I can make a beeline with borma using the LMG fully modded and the dude will panicly miss me alot.
